Banquet Menu

The Banquet Center of the Little Hills offers one of the most extensive and upscale menus in town. Our made-from-scratch cooking is a major reason why the public chooses our facility over others in the area. Chef Joe Zieger, an award winning World-Class Chef of over 30 years creates superb dishes. All of our meats are top quality, hand stuffed, and cooked to your liking. Chef Joe uses fresh vegetables, homemade potatoes, and creates excellent sauces to finish off his dishes.

Our food is served on fine china with a complete silver place setting. Linen tablecloths, table skirting and linen napkins come with each meal. Tables are set country club style and the service is very special as well. Click on the menu and decide on what special menu you would enjoy for your next occasion. Yankee Pot Roast
Slow roasted to preserve all it’s natural flavor. Served with pan gravy and julienne vegetables.

Breast of Chicken Kiev
A tender breast of chicken stuffed with seasoned butter and cooked to a golden brown.

Breast of Chicken Marsala
A roasted breast of chicken stuffed with mushrooms and served with a Marsala wine sauce.

Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast
A skinless chicken breast served with julienne vegetables. A delicious low-fat treat.

Breast of Chicken Florentine
Creamed spinach and selected Italian cheeses accent this classic dish.

Stuffed Roast Loin of Pork Normandy
Lean pork that has been stuffed with apples, raisins, and spices. Served with a Cognac sauce.

Strip Sirloin Steak
The heart of the sirloin broiled to your liking and served on a bed of onion straws.

Champagne Norwegian Salmon
Charbroiled Norwegian salmon topped with a champagne butter sauce.

Lasagna
An Italian favorite. Served with salad, fresh Italian bread, and coffee.
