Birthday Dinners

The Banquet Center of the Little Hills is offering a special program for Birthday Dinners on Sunday – Friday Nights. As of April 15, 2003, we are lowering our minimums for these events. The following conditions will apply:

  1. All events above 50 people will not be charged a room rental fee.
  2. All events from 30-49 people will be charged a $50 bartender fee.
  3. All events below 30 people will be charged a $200 room/bartender fee.
  4. All cash bars require a $50 bartender fee.
  5. All events will have a 20% service charge and applicable sales tax added to your bill.

All Birthday Dinners will come from either our buffet or sit down menus. These choices run in price from $13.95 to $23.95. You may also want to have a few hors d’oeuvres and cocktails before sitting down to dinner.

As for your beverages, may I suggest a full open bar for 2-3 hours, or you may wish to provide only beer, wine and soda. Bottles of wine and champagne at each table during dinner are always a nice touch.

A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time you sign the contract. The full amount will be due ten days prior to your event. Your final count will be due that day as well.

Breast of Chicken Marsala
A roasted breast of chicken stuffed with mushrooms and served with a Marsala wine sauce.

Herb-Roasted Pork Loin
Pork loin roasted in herbs and served with a Rosemary Sauce.

Chicken Parmesan
A chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella cheese and topped with marinara sauce and a blend of Italian cheeses.

Chicken of the Hills
8oz chicken breast filled with a mushroom duxelle, spinach, and chicken forcemeat diagonally sliced with a rich sauce.

Chicken ala Oscar
Breast of chicken topped with crabmeat, asparagus, and Béarnaise sauce.

Roast Strip Sirloin
Sliced roast sirloin of beef topped with a Bordelaise sauce.

Cognac Salmon
Grilled salmon in a lemon-cream sauce.

Orange Roughy Emilia-Romagna Style
Hearty Italian breadcrumbs seasoned with Romano cheese and a touch of garlic top this mild flavored fish.

Tenderloin Bordelaise
Beef tenderloin sliced and served with a Bordelaise sauce.

NY Strip Steak
12 oz strip steak marinated and served with an onion ring.

Broiled Filet Mignon
The King of steaks broiled to your liking and served on a bed of onion straws.

Beef Wellington
Center-cut filet topped with a mushroom duxelle, baked golden brown in pastry dough.

Dinners include: potato, vegetable, tossed salad dinner rolls, coffee and tea.
